Job Description
Join Aboitiz Construction as HR Project Coordinator. You will provide on-site HR administration including coordination, clerical support, field sourcing and recruitment, employee data encoding and 201 filing, contracts, clearances and COEs. Manage SS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and other benefits filings; coordinate with timekeeping and payroll; address attendance and payroll concerns; prepare memos and incident reports. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent, 1–3 years construction HR experience preferred, strong skills in administration, compensation & benefits, recruitment, ability to work with minimal supervision and willingness to be assigned to project sites. Full-time; in-person.
