Job Description
Join AAU CORPORATION as a Store Leader overseeing daily store operations, customer service, inventory, merchandising, scheduling, training, and occasional physical tasks like unloading. You will lead and motivate staff, handle transactions, report to management, and maintain store standards. Requirements: BSBA or related degree (fresh graduates welcome), retail or supervisory experience preferred, strong communication, problem-solving, integrity, and flexible availability including weekends. Full-time, permanent position; pay Php16,00–17,00/month. Benefits include health and life insurance, staff meals, company events and Christmas gift, promotion opportunities and conversion to permanent staff. Work on-site; expected start date 01/10/2026.
