Job Description
Reliasourcing is hiring a full-time, onsite Email Support Representative in Pasay to provide outstanding non-voice customer service for a fashion brand. You will manage email inquiries on products, sizing, availability, orders, returns/exchanges and tracking; document interactions in CRM; escalate issues when needed; and remain informed on product lines and policies. Open to fresh graduates; 1+ year customer service experience in retail, e-commerce, or BPO is an advantage. Candidates should be fashion-aware, detail-oriented, tech-proficient, and flexible for rotating shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays. Onsite work in Pasay is required.
