Job Description
Accountant Specialist II responsible for month-end close, preparing financial statements, account reconciliations, variance analysis, and supporting budgeting and forecasting. Ensures compliance with GAAP and company policies, assists with external and internal audits, maintains fixed asset schedules, and supports tax reporting. Requires bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA preferred, 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience, advanced Excel and ERP skills, strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and effective communication. Able to manage deadlines, improve processes, and mentor junior staff.
