Job Description
Join Hire Hangar as a Remote E-commerce AI Support Specialist working US EST hours (8am–4pm). In this AI-assisted role you’ll review and approve AI-generated replies, handle order, shipping, and return tickets, and flag unusual patterns to internal teams. Blend human judgment with automation to deliver accurate, friendly, and efficient customer experiences. Requirements: 2+ years in customer support (e-commerce preferred), strong written English, reliable remote setup, and willingness to include weekends within a five-day schedule. This is a fully remote position supporting e-commerce customers during US hours.
