Job Description
Skilled Wound Care seeks a Medical Biller for our growing mobile surgical wound care group. Remote, full-time independent contractor working US graveyard hours. Responsibilities: use coded data to prepare and submit claims, work with insurers/providers/patients to process payments, review and appeal denials, verify coverage, answer billing questions, and manage collections. Qualifications: 1–2 years medical billing experience, billing diploma or equivalent, Lytec or Medisoft a plus, strong Excel and communication skills. Pre-employment DiSC and skills testing required.
