Job Description
The Sales Enablement Coach develops and delivers training, onboarding, and coaching to improve sales performance. You will design practical playbooks, create learning content, run workshops, and support reps with real-time coaching and role-play. Collaborate with sales leaders, marketing, and product teams to align messaging, tools, and metrics. Track KPIs, analyze performance gaps, and iterate programs to drive quota attainment. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in sales or enablement, strong coaching and facilitation skills, and familiarity with enablement platforms and CRM tools.
