Job Description
We are mass hiring Call Center Agents across Metro Manila. Position: Hotel Reservations Agent at Sapient BPO Ph Hub. Earn up to Php28,00/month plus a Php30,00 sign-on bonus. No prior BPO experience required. Responsibilities: manage hotel bookings, inquiries and cancellations; provide accurate room, pricing and policy information; process reservations error-free; resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues; meet efficiency, quality and guest satisfaction targets; maintain accurate booking records.
