Job Description
M GALLERY, part of the Accor network, seeks a Reservation Manager to lead day-to-day reservations operations and drive excellent guest, colleague and owner outcomes. You will be expert in hotel products, facilities and promotions, train and develop the reservations team, coordinate new rate offers and operational flows, ensure accurate personalized guest information, and perform other management-assigned duties. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in a similar role (or 3 years in guest services), is well-presented, service-oriented, with strong leadership, interpersonal, training and communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.
