Job Description
Prepare and portion vegetables, meats, noodles and hot pot ingredients; blanch and cook for dine-in, takeout and delivery; maintain a clean station; assist line setup/breakdown; follow DOH food safety; check ingredient quality; ensure consistent plating and coordinate with front-of-house. Requirements: 1+ year preferred; trainees and fresh grads welcome; hot pot familiarity, basic knife skills and food hygiene; flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Positions: full-time, part-time. Pay: Php660–700/month. Benefits: staff meals, employee discount, paid training, promotion opportunities, company Christmas gift.
