Job Description
We are hiring a Front Office Associate to deliver excellent guest service and manage daily reception operations. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering phones and emails, handling reservations and check-ins/check-outs, coordinating with housekeeping and other departments, maintaining accurate records, and performing light administrative tasks. The ideal candidate has strong communication and customer-service skills, basic computer literacy (MS Office and booking systems), attention to detail, and the ability to multitask under pressure. Minimum requirement: high school diploma; hospitality experience preferred. Friendly attitude, punctuality, and flexibility in shifts are essential.
