Job Description
We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to professionally handle customer inquiries by phone, email, chat, or in person. You will clarify concerns, determine causes, recommend and explain solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution. Maintain thorough knowledge of our products, services, and policies to provide accurate information. Candidates should be High School/SHS graduates; BPO experience is preferred but not required. Strong English, excellent communication, patience, empathy, and a positive attitude are essential. This is a full-time, in-person role offering Php18,00.00–Php23,00.00 per month at Career Professionals, Inc.
