Job Description
Join our manufacturing team as a Material Planning and Control Supervisor to lead materials planning, inventory control, and supplier coordination to ensure production continuity. You will develop MRP schedules, monitor stock levels, analyze demand forecasts, implement cost-saving initiatives, and supervise a small team of planners. Requirements: bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering or related field, 3+ years in materials/planning, strong ERP/MRP experience (SAP preferred), analytical skills, leadership, and excellent communication. Responsibilities include reporting KPIs, driving continuous improvement, managing supplier lead times and safety stock, and ensuring on-time material availability.
