Job Description
The Operations Coordinator will coordinate freight jobs across Australia, driving award rates and GMV growth by efficiently matching and awarding loads. You will build strong shipper and carrier relationships, expand a reliable carrier network, monitor new postings, confirm details, assist quoting, and proactively reschedule shipments when disruptions occur. Maintain accurate records, contribute to KPIs, resolve delivery issues, communicate clearly to diverse users, embrace platform changes, follow Freelancer policies, join team meetings, and suggest process improvements.
