Job Description
Insular Oil Corporation seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead talent acquisition, compensation, training, employee relations, and performance management. Full-time, in-person role requiring 10+ years HR experience and a bachelor’s degree. Must have expertise in labor law, compensation & benefits, analytics, leadership, coaching, negotiation, and communication. Responsibilities include talent retention, comp design, training, labor relations, engagement, and performance systems. Competitive pay Php60,00–Php70,00, health & life insurance, staff meals, extra leave, and promotion opportunities.
