Job Description
The Data Analyst supports Operations by collecting, analyzing, and presenting data to help leaders make informed decisions. Key duties include tracking KPIs, monitoring SLAs, and providing actionable insights on operational performance through interactive Microsoft Power BI dashboards and reports. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, have demonstrable hands‑on Power BI experience, and at least one year of professional experience in a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role. This is a full-time, in-person position with a salary range of Php20,00–Php23,00 per month.
