Job Description
We seek a Production Supervisor for our Davao Plant (km22, Sitio Budbod, Bunawan). Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology/Nutrition, Business, Food Science, Industrial Engineering or related field; 2–3 years in food manufacturing/FMCG. Honest, dependable, fast learner with strong organizational and leadership skills. Accountable for production yields, labor cost, output and efficiency; scheduling and supervising staff; enforcing GMP, health & safety; minimizing waste and rejections; conducting time-and-motion studies; analyzing performance; coordinating with QA; coaching and developing the team. Must be willing to work graveyard shift. Full-time, permanent. Salary Php16,00–Php18,00/month. Benefits: paid training and pay raise. Onsite at Davao Plant.
