Job Description
We seek a disciplined Project Manager to oversee F&B and retail build-outs, managing 3–4 active fit-out projects simultaneously. You will own site progress, quality control, contractor coordination, timelines and budgets across multiple sites, conduct regular inspections, enforce safety and brand standards, and report to management. Requirements: 3+ years fit-out/construction PM experience (F&B/Retail preferred), strong on-site coordination, communication, problem-solving, highly organized, field-based with 100% travel. Full-time; salary from Php50,00/month. Benefits include health insurance, staff meals, employee discounts, additional leave, company events and flexible schedule.
