Job Description
We are seeking a Mortgage Loan Funding Processor to manage final loan funding steps. You will review loan files, verify closing conditions and documentation, coordinate with lenders, title companies and escrow, prepare funding packages, confirm compliance with investor and regulatory requirements, and clear pre-fund conditions. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, experience with mortgage loan systems and timelines, and the ability to resolve last-minute issues under pressure. Prior funding/closer experience preferred.
