Job Description
We are seeking a Loan Processing Officer (Discharges) to manage end-to-end loan discharge workflows. You will verify payoff figures, prepare discharge documentation, coordinate with borrowers, banks, and registries, update loan records, and ensure legal and regulatory compliance. Strong attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to meet tight deadlines are essential. Qualifications: diploma or degree in finance/business, 1–3 years in banking or loan administration, proficiency with MS Office and loan systems, and customer-service orientation. Familiarity with local registration and title processes is a plus. This role requires accuracy, teamwork, and proactive problem-solving to close loans efficiently.
