Job Description
Join us as a People Partner Manager to shape people strategy and support business growth. You will partner with leaders to drive talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and change management. Responsibilities include coaching managers, developing workforce plans, resolving employee relations issues, implementing HR programs, and using people analytics to inform decisions. We seek a proactive HR professional with 5+ years of experience, strong stakeholder management, excellent communication and coaching skills, and a degree in Human Resources or related field. Certification (e.g., SHRM-CP) and experience in fast-paced, matrix environments are a plus.
