Job Description
We are seeking a Client Service Analyst, APAC Trades to join our regional operations team. You will support the trade lifecycle for APAC markets, handle client enquiries, investigate trade breaks, coordinate with front office, custodians and settlement teams, and ensure timely resolution within SLAs. The role requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of securities settlement, excellent communication in English, proficiency with Excel and trade platforms, and the ability to work flexible hours across APAC time zones. Prior experience in securities operations or client servicing is preferred.
