Job Description
We are hiring an HR Associate – Learning and Development to design, deliver, and coordinate employee training programs, manage the LMS, and support performance development initiatives.
Responsibilities: conduct training needs analysis, create learning materials, schedule sessions, track metrics, and collaborate with managers and vendors to ensure effective outcomes.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 1–3 years HR/L&D experience, strong communication and project coordination skills, and proficiency with learning platforms.
