Job Description
As an Executive Assistant you will support senior leadership with calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation and correspondence. You will organize documents, handle confidential information, liaise with internal teams, and prepare reports. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of administrative experience, excellent communication, strong time-management skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Must be proactive, detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
