Job Description
As Kitchen Supervisor you will lead daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, hygiene and timely service. Manage and train kitchen staff, create work schedules, monitor inventory, and coordinate with the Head Chef to maintain menu standards. Enforce food safety (HACCP), control food costs and ensure compliance with sanitation regulations. Ideal candidate has 2+ years of supervisory experience in a busy kitchen, strong leadership, organizational skills, and certification in food safety. Must be able to work flexible hours, solve problems under pressure, and maintain high standards of teamwork and customer satisfaction.
