Job Description
Join Magellan Solutions as a Customer Service Representative. You will assist customers via phone, chat, and email, resolve concerns with empathy, and maintain quality service standards. Responsibilities include answering inquiries, providing accurate information, offering effective solutions, and handling complaints professionally. Candidates must be at least a Senior High School graduate, possess strong communication skills, be customer-focused, patient, and comfortable in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Mandaluyong or Quezon City with shifting schedules.
