Job Description
Bahama Realty and Development Corporation seeks a Recruitment Specialist in Makati. Responsibilities: source/schedule candidates, post ads, screen resumes, conduct interviews, manage applications, collect documents, coordinate campus fairs, maintain database, send daily reports to HR Manager, handle onboarding/contracts. Requirements: Bachelor’s in HR/Psychology or related; 3+ years recruiting; strong interview skills; excellent communication; detail-oriented; trustworthy; willing to travel up to 25%.
