Job Description
Join McAsia Food Trade Corporation as a Customer Service Assistant (Order Processor). You will receive and process customer orders, verify and enter accurate data into our order system, monitor shipment status, proactively update customers, handle returns/exchanges/refunds, resolve inquiries and complaints professionally, and maintain precise records. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (any field), excellent communication, attention to detail, problem-solving, customer-focused attitude, ability to work independently and in a team. Fresh graduates welcome. Full-time, on-site role. Pay: Php690–Php695 per day. Benefit: promotion to permanent employee.
Requirements

- Basic Computer Skills
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
