Job Description
As a Patient Liaison Officer you will act as the primary point of contact between patients, families and clinical teams. Responsibilities include coordinating appointments and admissions, explaining treatment plans, addressing concerns, documenting interactions, and facilitating timely communication to improve patient experience and outcomes.
We seek a compassionate communicator with experience in healthcare or customer service, strong organizational skills, confidentiality awareness, and problem-solving ability. Bilingual candidates and those familiar with patient advocacy, electronic medical records, or discharge planning are preferred.
