Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Healthcare Customer Service Representative at Global Healthcare Resources to deliver responsive support for healthcare inquiries. You will handle eligibility, claims, billing, and basic medical-term questions in a fast-paced, in-person environment. Candidates must have at least 1 year of customer service experience (healthcare account experience a plus), strong spoken and written English, basic knowledge of healthcare processes, computer literacy with accurate typing and data-entry skills, and flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays. High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Paid training provided.
