Job Description
Lead store operations to drive profitability, support the District Manager, set team objectives, run promotions, enforce policies and safety, coach staff, manage rosters, resolve issues, ensure excellent guest experiences, and complete paperwork. Full-time, in-person in Pampanga; candidates must commute or relocate. Benefits: company events, health insurance, staff meals. Minimum 2 years’ store supervisory or leadership experience required.
