Job Description
Join our team as a Food Services Supervisor responsible for supervising daily kitchen and cafeteria operations, ensuring food quality, safety and hygiene, managing staff schedules, training and performance, controlling inventory and food costs, and maintaining excellent customer service. You will enforce sanitation standards (HACCP/food safety), assist with menu planning, and report to the Food & Beverage Manager. Ideal candidates have strong leadership and communication skills, 2+ years supervisory experience in food service, and relevant food safety certification.
