Job Description
As an Escalation Specialist, you will handle high-priority customer incidents, triage problems, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution and root-cause analysis. You will serve as the primary contact for critical cases, keep stakeholders informed, enforce SLAs, and maintain clear documentation in ticketing systems. Candidates should have 2+ years in technical or customer support, strong communication and problem-solving skills, familiarity with incident management tools, and the ability to perform under pressure. A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and effective collaboration with engineering and product teams are essential.
