Job Description

We are hiring a Customer Service Representative for Food Delivery. You will handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email; resolve order issues and refunds; coordinate with drivers and restaurants; monitor delivery status and update customers; and maintain accurate CRM records while ensuring high customer satisfaction. Requirements: excellent verbal and written English, local language proficiency, problem-solving skills, basic computer literacy, patience, and ability to work flexible shifts.
