Job Description
Bridges Framework Consultancy Co. is hiring a full-time Truck Dispatcher based in Silang, Cavite. You will coordinate driver schedules, ensure timely pickups and deliveries, track and report statuses, maintain driver communication, handle customer issues, record logistics data and run reports, ensure transport compliance, monitor driver performance and safety, coordinate inspections and repairs, assist loading/unloading, and manage emergency dispatch and route support. Requirements: bachelor’s degree, proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), experience with accounting software is a plus, strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to learn internal processes quickly. In-person role; benefits include company events, flextime, and paid training.
