Job Description
Payapa Wellness & Spa seeks a warm, reliable Receptionist to welcome guests and ensure a calm, organized experience. You will manage bookings and walk-ins, handle payments and daily sales reports, respond to phone and messaging inquiries, promote services, coordinate with therapists, and maintain the reception area. Ideal candidates are pleasant, detail-oriented, skilled in customer service and basic booking systems, able to multitask, and willing to work weekends and holidays. Experience in hospitality or wellness is a plus. Full-time, permanent, on-site role in a peaceful, supportive environment with opportunities to learn about spa services and wellness.
