Job Description
We are seeking a Homecare Scheduler to coordinate in-home care visits, assign caregivers, and optimize daily schedules to meet client needs. You will manage calendars, confirm appointments, handle last-minute changes, communicate with clients, families, and staff, and update patient records using scheduling software. Strong organization, clear communication, problem-solving, and empathy are required. Prior experience in home health scheduling or customer service and familiarity with electronic records preferred.
