Job Description
Valor Global Inc. seeks a Medical Billing Representative to deliver compassionate, high-quality customer service via phone, email, and chat. You will handle inquiries, complaints, and insurance claims, encode standard email replies within turnaround times, and work with medical billing software and EHR systems. This full-time onsite role in Biñan City requires at least 1 year of BPO healthcare experience, knowledge of billing procedures and terminology, strong communication and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team. Salary Php21,00–29,00/month. Benefits include health insurance, paid training, promotion opportunities, and a path to permanent employment.
