Job Description
Senior technical role responsible for resolving complex infrastructure incidents, maintaining servers, storage, networks, virtualization and cloud platforms. You will lead root-cause analysis, implement fixes, and improve system resilience through automation and monitoring.
Required: 5+ years in infrastructure support, strong Linux and Windows administration, networking (TCP/IP, routing, switching), virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), cloud (AWS/Azure), scripting (Python/Bash), and experience with monitoring and incident management tools.
Preferred: Bachelor’s in IT or equivalent, relevant certifications (RHCE, CCNP, AWS), excellent troubleshooting, documentation and communication skills, and availability for on-call rotations.
