Job Description
We are seeking a remote Healthcare Customer Service Advocate to provide empathetic, professional support to patients and providers. You will manage inbound calls and messages, assist with benefits and claims inquiries, schedule appointments, document interactions in our CRM, and escalate clinical issues when needed. Candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication, strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with healthcare terminology and privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA). Flexible hours, reliable high-speed internet, and a quiet home workspace are required. Training provided.
