Job Description
Join our team as a Web Hosting Technical Support Specialist. You will provide first- and second-line support for shared, VPS, and dedicated hosting; troubleshoot DNS, email, cPanel/WHM, FTP, PHP, databases and server performance; handle ticketing systems and live chat; perform basic Linux command-line tasks and coordinate with engineering for escalations. Candidates need 1-3 years in hosting or server support, strong Linux knowledge, familiarity with control panels (cPanel, Plesk), DNS and mail protocols, excellent communication and customer-service skills. Certifications (LPIC, RHCSA) and experience with virtualization and security hardening are a plus. This role requires problem-solving, documentation and on-call availability.
