Job Description
As the Head of Project Management Office (PMO), you will lead project governance, prioritize portfolio initiatives, standardize processes, and ensure timely delivery and budget control. You will mentor project managers, implement best practices and reporting, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive continuous improvement. Required: bachelor’s degree in business or engineering, 8+ years in project/program management with 3+ years leading a PMO, PMP or equivalent preferred, plus strong strategic planning, risk management, and communication skills. Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional projects is essential.
