Job Description
Network Controller responsible for monitoring, optimizing, and securing company networks. Manage routing, switching, VLANs, firewalls, and VPNs; perform capacity planning, performance tuning, incident response, and scheduled maintenance. Collaborate with IT teams to implement policies, backups, and upgrades. Requires Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related, 3+ years of network administration experience, CCNA/CCNP preferred, strong troubleshooting, scripting (Python), and familiarity with network monitoring tools. Excellent communication skills and on-call availability are required.
