Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations. You will oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping while ensuring inventory accuracy, safety, and on-time fulfillment. Manage and coach warehouse staff, optimize layout and workflows, implement WMS/ERP processes, and monitor KPIs like accuracy, turnaround, and cost control. Ideal candidate has strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with 3+ years in warehouse supervision and familiarity with inventory management systems. Ability to work under pressure and enforce safety standards is required.
