Job Description
We are hiring a Management Assistant, Expansion to support regional growth initiatives. You will coordinate project schedules, manage stakeholder communications, prepare reports and presentations, track KPIs, assist with site assessments and travel logistics, and maintain expansion documentation. Requirements: bachelor’s degree, 1-3 years administrative or project support experience, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), basic data analysis, and fluency in English. Attention to detail, initiative, and ability to work across teams are essential.
