Job Description
Blue Collar Manpower Services, Inc. seeks a Business Development Officer to qualify B2B leads from campaigns, generate new business, conduct cold calls and emails, present company solutions, identify client needs, customize proposals, build long-term relationships, arrange meetings with Account Executives, and report sales results to the Business Development Manager. Full-time, permanent positions available for fresh graduates; salary Php18,00–Php35,00/month. Benefits include flexible schedule, flextime, paid training, and pay raises. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree, 1 year account management experience, willingness to travel up to 50%, and ability to commute/relocate to Makati. On-site work required; stay updated on products and pricing.
