Job Description
We are urgently hiring Hotel Reservations Agents across Metro Manila. One-day hiring; no BPO experience required. Duties: handle reservations, inquiries and cancellations; provide accurate availability, rates and policy information; process bookings; resolve and escalate issues; meet productivity, quality and customer satisfaction targets. Full-time, in-person, permanent. Competitive pay up to ₱28,00+/month, ₱30,00 signing bonus, 13th & 14th month pay, HMO from day one (dependents), paid training, 30 paid leaves, allowances, bonuses, night diff., weekends off, possible hybrid/WFH after 1 year.
