Job Description
The Assistant Store Manager oversees store operations to maximize sales and profitability through excellent customer service, inventory control, promotion execution, cost management and staff development. Key duties: implement promotions and launches on time, ensure promo audit and compliance, communicate customer insights to Head Office to build loyalty. Qualifications: bachelor’s degree (any 4‑year course) and minimum 3 years managerial experience in retail or fast food. Job type: Full‑time, Permanent.
