Job Description
Join Tender Lover Food Corp. as HR Manager to oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, payroll coordination, and workforce planning. You will develop and maintain HR policies, ensure labor law compliance, handle confidential employee issues, lead conflict resolution, and analyze HR metrics to boost engagement and retention. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, proven senior HR experience, strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices, excellent leadership, communication and analytical skills, discretion, and a proactive, people-focused approach. Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. Salary: Php40,00–Php60,00/month. Work Location: In person.
