Job Description
Arbcentrix Corp. seeks a US HR Operations Support Specialist for an onsite nightshift role in Bicutan, Taguig. Full-time; Php35,00/month. You will process HR transactions in Paycom, manage HR tickets, handle separations, status changes and transfers, verify documentation, generate reports, and provide HRIS support to employees and managers. Must be detail-oriented, organized, and maintain confidentiality. Required: 1+ year HRIS and agencies coordination experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, clear communication, and fast system learning. Experience supporting U.S.-based companies and handling unemployment claims is a plus. Benefits include company events, health insurance, and paid training.
